The Story Behind Establishment of Daily Consulting LLC
Founded in 2015, Daily Consulting LLC is a leading Warehouse supply chain consulting service company based in the USA. Joe Daily has 25 years’ experience as a supply chain executive. In addition, Joe is a lifelong learner as he completed two graduate degrees while working full time.
Joe noticed that many “consulting companies” often were joined at the hip with some kind of software or hardware solution they were “pushing”. He also noticed that some food grade warehouses were lax on their internal documentation along and had some flawed processes. Therefore, the problem to be fixed was the processes themselves, regardless of the software or hardware component which was being pushed.
His professional journey has involved working in diverse company environments, including medium and large-scale global enterprises. His profile accentuates different management roles across multiple verticals, including supply chain & operations, IT, and sales. Apart from this, he holds proficiency in devising strategy, upscaling businesses, simplifying tasks, and delivering positive outcomes. As a project manager, Joe has successfully managed and finished more than 20 projects.
